Yard Waste Program
American Canyon Recycling & Disposal has provided you with a 96-gallon container to use for yard waste. All yard waste must be in the 96-gallon brown cart. Our automated collection trucks are not able to pick up any other type of container.
Customers can place leaves, grass clippings, weeds, tree and shrub prunings in their 96-gallon brown yard waste cart. Yard waste carts are serviced on a weekly basis on your regular pick-up day.
Additional Instructions
- Cut tree and shrub prunings small enough to fit inside the cart. We will no longer accept bundled branches.
- Lids must be closed.
We cannot take:
- Plastic or paper bags
- Hazardous waste
- Animal feces
- Lumber, dirt or rocks
